What is SFI? Well I'll explain it to you in a short review and you can make up your mind from there. I will present the positives and negatives so you can make an informed decision.
SFI is a Multilevel marketing company. It was founded in 1998 by Gery Carson. The way it works is that once you sign up as an affiliate, you try and introduce new clients to the store called "Triple Clicks" or you build your own downline who upgrade, and you then get a portion of the commission from their upgrade purchase. The compensation plan is quite complex so I won't go into detail here, needless to say it is a legitimate company and is subject to the law just like every other company out there.
I'll go into the positive aspects. SFI has been around for over 10 years and in that time has established a strong client base and a recognizable brand name. It is one of the biggest affiliate programs in the world and it is in over 190 countries. Every day on average around 700 new affiliates join up. You always get paid your commission. It is not a scam so you will never be left high and dry. There are a multitude of payment methods from pay pal to bank cheque so you can choose how you receive your commission. The training is professional and 1st class. It has been refined and refined over the years so within a day you can be well on your way to building a successful business.
You have heaps of resources at your fingertips such as your own personalized gateways to refer customers or potential affiliates. You also have text and banner ads for advertising. You get a 30 day smart start training package that delivers a new teaching point every day for a month so you are not swamped with all the information at once. You can complete additional training when you like and the website is very easy to navigate. There is also a forum for you to exchange ideas and advice with other affiliates.
By far the best thing about SFI is the upline support. When you join up via someones gateway, they become your mentor. It is their job to give you all the necessary training and advice to get you on your way to building a successful business. It is in your mentors best interests to help you build your business because if you don't succeed, neither do they. This is the reality of multilevel marketing.
Now I'll tell you a few annoying points. Lots of people are attracted to SFI because they see advertising telling them that they are going to make a million dollars within 2 weeks if they join up. This is simply not the case. Who ever has written this sort of advertising is blatantly lying and it will backfire on them when all their affiliates leave them. In multilevel marketing there is no such thing as a get quick scheme. You cannot make instant money. You need to work hard at it, sometimes for long hours when you start out. An online business is like any other business, except you work from home.
The only other thing that can turn people off it is if they have a bad sponsor. Like I said before, the sponsors job is to train their downline and help them replicate what they have done. For some people they are just commission focused and don't care about helping their downline. These sort of people don't last long.
To close, I have been an SFI affiliate since 2008 and I make a residual income working from home. It didn't happen overnight. There were many nights that I didn't sleep much because I was up all night trying to learn more. Eventually it paid off. Now I strive to help my downline build their business so I can see them succeed like I have! There are positives and negatives to anything, but with SFI, you are the boss, you choose your hours, and you work from home and make a residual income helping other people do the same!
