Is the NuSkin Pay Plan Too Tough?

I guess the big question many people have when taking a look at NuSkin, is if the compensation plan is really that profitable and can you actually make money with a company like NuSkin?I guess the big question many people have when taking a look at NuSkin, is if the compensation plan is really that profitable and can you actually make money with a company like NuSkin?
The first thing you need to consider is that NuSkin is not a new opportunity in the industry. It has been around for more than 25 years with the same basic Unilevel compensation plan. Many people ask if that type of plan can compete against the newer more dynamic plans currently being used in the industry.
I discussed this recently in my comprehensive NuSkin Review .
The network marketing industry has seen a major increase in the number of unique compensation plans being promoted in recent years.
But look, just think about it in general terms, it really does not matter if it's a Unilevel or a Binary, or a Binary with a Directors match or daily cash paying matrix, they all pay good money.
I have acquaintances in NuSkin that have earned over $40 million and there are even more distributors that have produced over $20 million from their respective NuSkin groups. These numbers clearly indicate that the NuSkin Unilevel compensation plan has been very lucrative for many people. It has truly stood as a show case for success where many others in the industry haven't.
Many distributors have found ways to generate large incomes from the NuSkin compensation plan even though it is not the simplest business to build.
Building and maintaining twelve leaders on your front line so that you can tap the maximum depth in your organization can be a challenge.
I think a better question when you join a particular MLM is how do you maximize the compensation plan for that company?
To build your NuSkin business successfully, you will need to build it slightly differently than any other MLM business you may have built.
My first MLM business was NuSkin and I actually became a 7 figure income earner within my first three years of starting the business. I sold my distributorship over 10 years ago and currently do not have any relationship with the business. I think my history gives me great insight into their compensation plan.
Now this version of the Unilevel compensation plan has no set maximum number of distributors you may place in your group, but you may only tap to a particular level in your organization. To tap to that maximum depth, you must build your front line (personally sponsored representatives) to the required width.
Now if you sponsor someone and they really take off, and maintain a certain volume for 3 or 4 months, they become an Executive Distributor (Breakaway).
I suggest you think tactically and move quickly or you will likely leave income on the counter.
With a Unilevel plan you must build wide along your front line so you can get the depth of your group. The problem is that you have to maintain and stimulate enough depth or there will be nothing there to hit.
The best building method for this type of pay plan is to get wide as quickly as possible but use your experience to support your organization down two or three levels.
Now of course there is a reason they call it a Breakaway system, and that is because when a distributor becomes an Executive they will break away from their position in your dowline and roll up beneath the next qualified Executive in the structure.
One word of caution; if you sponsor a red hot representative but you are not at the Executive level and they qualify ahead of you, they roll up the line and you lose them.
That means bye-bye Executive bonus on that rep.
If you are experienced in this industry then this compression in reality works to your advantage, because all the income in your group will roll up and compress under you.
I bet you have wondered where all the huge checks came from.
This pay plan requires that you build wide as quickly as possible. You will soon learn that not every distributor will become a top producer so you will need to bring six to ten new distributors into the business each month. This will allow you to find those top 1 in 100 producers.
Use a high volume lead generation approach to get a large enough flow of leads on a daily basis to power your business plan. The best way to do that in today's market is to use online marketing approach.
